Do I need planning ?
On most of our projects you just need to follow building regulations, We will apply and manage that whole process.
Building control will visit the site during the work and will check the work is done to standard, for this service they charge around £500
How much does it cost ?
All project do vary in cost, it depends on your specification of finish. the cost of the garage conversion shown above was £12,500
this included the window, flooring, all electrical work and painting and decorating !
How long does it take to do the job ?
We will take between 2 - 4 weeks to complete the project.
